By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You may not use our products or website for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
You must not attempt to interfere with, damage, misuse or gain unauthorized access to the website, Shopify infrastructure or related systems.

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colours, materials and designs accurately.
Because products are viewed through digital screens and some products are manufactured to order, minor differences in colour, positioning, texture or appearance may occur.
Such minor differences do not affect any mandatory rights you may have if a product is defective or materially different from what was ordered.

Product prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Any applicable taxes, shipping costs or other charges will be shown where required before you complete your purchase.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Payments are processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers.
Noctraaa does not need to store your complete payment-card details.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Some Noctraaa products are manufactured and fulfilled after an order is placed.
We may use third-party manufacturing and fulfilment partners, including Contrado, to produce and deliver orders.
Production times and delivery estimates are estimates only unless a specific delivery time has been expressly agreed.
8. Shipping and delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or other external events.
This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to delayed or failed delivery.
Where applicable, import duties, customs charges or local taxes may be payable by the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
For eligible purchases, Noctraaa currently provides a 14-day return period, subject to the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

10. Personalised and custom-made products
Products that are genuinely manufactured according to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you may be excluded from certain cancellation or withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.
A standard Noctraaa design is not considered personalised solely because it is manufactured after an order has been placed.

Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
